In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below unless the context requires otherwise:

To register an Account and use the viv88 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Services:

• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity).
• You must be at least 21 years of age. viv88 operates a strict 21+ policy in line with responsible gaming standards applicable to the Indonesian market. Age verification may be requested at any time.
• You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming activity is not explicitly prohibited for you personally. You are solely responsible for determining the legality of your participation under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of any employee of viv88 or any of its affiliated companies or software providers.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether issued by viv88 or any other gaming operator, that remains in effect at the time of registration or use.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your country of residence.

Each Player is permitted to hold one Account only. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact method. viv88 reserves the right to request documentary proof of any information provided at registration at any time, including but not limited to:

• A government-issued national identity card (KTP) or passport confirming identity and age.
• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or equivalent document issued within the past three months).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., screenshot of e-wallet account showing matching name).

viv88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account where the information provided is found to be false, misleading, or incomplete. Any winnings generated during a period in which a Player provided false registration information may be voided at the Company's discretion.

Account registration and use of the Platform is free of charge. viv88 will never ask you to pay a fee to open an Account.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party, allow any other person to access your Account, or use another Player's Account under any circumstances.

viv88 strongly recommends that all Players enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on their Accounts. This additional security layer substantially reduces the risk of unauthorized access. Instructions for enabling 2FA are available within your Account settings panel.

In the event that you suspect unauthorized access to your Account, you must notify viv88 immediately via the 24/7 live chat support channel. viv88 will not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorized access to your Account where you have failed to take reasonable precautions to protect your credentials.

viv88 will never contact you by email, live chat, or any other channel to request your full password. Any communication purporting to be from viv88 that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

All transactions on the viv88 Platform are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). viv88 accepts deposits via the following payment methods:

• Local Bank Transfer: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata
• E-Wallets: GoPay, OVO, DANA, ShopeePay, LinkAja

Minimum deposit amounts and processing times vary by payment method. Specific minimums are displayed at the point of deposit within your Account. As a general guideline:

• E-wallet deposits: minimum Rp 10.000, typically credited within 1–3 minutes.
• Local bank transfers: minimum Rp 25.000, typically credited within 3–10 minutes during banking hours.

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted and will be returned. viv88 does not accept cash deposits, cryptocurrency, or payments via credit cards not belonging to the Account holder.

By making a deposit, you confirm that the funds are legally yours, that they are free from any criminal origin, and that you are not using the deposit to circumvent any anti-money-laundering regulation applicable to you.

Players may request withdrawals of real-money funds (excluding uncleared Bonus Funds subject to active wagering requirements) at any time from their Account. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the Player's most recent deposit, subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000.
• A maximum of three (3) withdrawal requests may be submitted per 24-hour period.
• The Account must have passed KYC verification before withdrawals exceeding Rp 5.000.000 per transaction can be processed.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 minutes for verified Accounts. Processing times for unverified Accounts may be extended up to 24 hours pending identity review.

viv88 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on any withdrawal request where unusual wagering patterns, suspected bonus abuse, or potential fraudulent activity has been flagged by our risk monitoring systems. During such reviews, the withdrawal request will be placed on hold and the Player will be notified via their registered contact method.

If a withdrawal cannot be processed to the original payment method (for example, because the e-wallet account has been closed), the Player must contact support to arrange an alternative method. Documentary evidence matching the Account holder's identity will be required.

viv88 does not charge fees on standard withdrawal transactions. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees, over which viv88 has no control.

viv88 offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing Players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms of the individual promotion, which are published on the relevant promotion page and must be read carefully before claiming. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

1. Wagering Requirements: All Bonus Funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each individual promotion page. For example, a bonus subject to a 30x wagering requirement on a deposit of Rp 100.000 requires total bets of Rp 3.000.000 before the bonus balance becomes withdrawable.
2. Contribution Rates: Different game categories contribute at different rates toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino games may contribute at a reduced rate (e.g., 10%–20%); certain game types may be excluded entirely. Contribution tables are provided on each promotion page.
3. Validity Period: All bonuses have an expiry window, stated on the relevant promotion page. Bonus Funds that have not been converted to real-money funds within the validity window will be removed from the Account automatically.
4. One Bonus at a Time: Players may only hold one active bonus at a time unless a specific promotion expressly permits otherwise. Requesting a new bonus while an existing wagering requirement remains incomplete will void the existing bonus.
5. Abuse: viv88 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reverse any bonus where evidence of bonus abuse is found, including but not limited to: placing opposing bets across accounts, exploiting offer mechanics in a way inconsistent with normal recreational play, or creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer repeatedly.
6. Maximum Bonus Withdrawal: Unless stated otherwise, the maximum amount that may be withdrawn from Bonus Funds is capped at five (5) times the original bonus value. Any amount in excess of this cap will be removed from the Account on withdrawal.

All bets placed on the viv88 Platform are governed by the following general rules, in addition to any sport-specific or game-specific rules published within the relevant section of the Platform:

• A bet is not valid until it has been confirmed by the Platform and a confirmation reference number has been issued. Players should retain confirmation references for all bets placed.
• viv88 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where an obvious pricing error (a "palpable error") has occurred. In such cases, the stake will be returned in full to the Player's Account Balance.
• Maximum bet limits apply across all markets and game types. These limits are displayed within the relevant betting interface and may vary by Player tier, event, or market type.
• In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to network latency and platform availability. viv88 cannot guarantee acceptance of in-play bets placed during periods of high system load. A bet is not accepted until a confirmation message is displayed.
• For sports betting, the results used to settle markets are taken from the official governing body of the relevant sport (e.g., PSSI for domestic Indonesian football, FIFA for international competitions). viv88's settlement decisions are final once confirmed.
• For casino games, the outcome determined by the certified random number generator (RNG) or live dealer studio at the time of game completion is final and binding. No claims based on alleged software malfunction will be accepted unless a documented technical fault is confirmed by the game provider.
• Bets placed from IP addresses associated with known VPN or proxy services may be voided at viv88's discretion.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the viv88 Platform. Violation of any prohibition listed below may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of Account Balance, and where applicable, referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, whether under the same or a different identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or any KYC process.
• Using another person's Account, payment method, or identity details without their lawful authorization.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or use of the Platform to conduct or facilitate criminal activity.
• Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any mechanical or electronic means to interact with the Platform in a manner inconsistent with genuine human play.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any suspected exploit must be reported to support immediately; exploiting rather than reporting a known glitch will result in Account closure and forfeiture.
• Colluding with other Players to manipulate game outcomes, including in poker, live dealer games, or any other multi-player format.
• Engaging in systematic bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, using third-party account holders, or placing hedged bets across accounts to extract bonus value without genuine wagering risk.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing viv88 staff or other Players via any communication channel.
• Attempting to access restricted areas of the Platform's systems, databases, or source code.

viv88 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and to protecting vulnerable individuals. The Platform is intended solely as a form of adult entertainment for players aged 21 and above. Gambling should never be used as a means to generate income or to recover financial losses.

viv88 provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from within your Account settings at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.

• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your Account. Self-exclusion requests are irreversible for a minimum period of six (6) months and cannot be reversed during that period under any circumstances, including by contacting support.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit:

• Reproducing, distributing, or publicly displaying any Platform content without prior written consent from viv88.
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any software forming part of the Platform.
• Using the viv88 name, logo, or brand assets in any manner that could imply endorsement, affiliation, or partnership without prior written authorization.

Any unauthorized use of viv88's intellectual property will result in immediate Account termination and may give rise to legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, viv88 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable to any Player for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or any of its Services.
• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise.
• Any losses arising from interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any Service, whether scheduled or unscheduled.
• Any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your Account where the access resulted from your failure to maintain adequate security over your credentials.
• The conduct, content, or accuracy of any third-party game provider, data feed, or payment processor integrated with the Platform.
• Any delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment service providers, including BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, GoPay, OVO, DANA, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude viv88's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

In all cases, viv88's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player to their Account in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

viv88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, viv88 will provide reasonable notice to existing Players by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform homepage and, where practicable, by sending a notification to the Player's registered contact method.

The updated Terms & Conditions will be identified by a revised "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform following notification of a change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure by contacting support.

viv88 also reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently discontinue any product, promotion, or feature available on the Platform at any time, with or without notice, subject to honouring any bets already placed and confirmed prior to such modification.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which viv88 holds its international operating licence.

viv88 operates as an internationally licensed and regulated gaming platform. Players access the Platform on their own initiative and are solely responsible for compliance with the laws applicable to them in their country or region of residence. viv88 makes no representation that the Services are legal or appropriate for use in any particular jurisdiction beyond the scope of its operating licence.

Any disputes between a Player and viv88 that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation with our customer support team shall be subject to binding arbitration under the rules of the relevant arbitration body associated with viv88's operating licence. Players retain the right to seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect against imminent irreparable harm.
